Advising Appointments
Sign up for an Advising Appointment to visit with your Success Coach and find your path to academic success! In-person and virtual appointments are available at all locations!
eCashier
eCashier is an online payment program to help students finance their education. Students who choose to use this service may select installment plans that are spread over several months, depending on the length of the semester.
Student Success Center
Located in Uvalde, 鹰通, 德尔里约热内卢, 水晶城市, and with email support for off-campus students, the Student Success Center is open to all students. This center provides computer access, tutoring services in all subjects, and equipment and textbook rentals to students.

TRiO Educational Opportunity Centers
The Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) program provides counseling and information on college admission and financial aid to qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of post-secondary education. EOC is a federally funded program that counsels participants on financial aid options and assists in the college admission process. The goal of EOC is to increase the number of adult participants who enroll in post-secondary education institutions.
TRiO Upward Bound
Upward Bound provides low-income and 第一代 high school students with academic, 文化, and personal support for the purposes of high school graduation, postsecondary enrollment, and lifelong success.
CircleIn
CircleIn is a free studying app where students can study remotely and collaborate with peers to communicate, 交流思想, and stay productive.
牛仔储藏室
The 牛仔储藏室 provides food and basic necessities to SWTJC students at no cost. The 牛仔储藏室 aims to decrease the impact that food insecurities have on the academic success of our students.
DHSI维达
The SWTJC Developing Hispanic Serving Institution (DHSI) project, called VIDA (Values, 身份, 多样性, 和宣传), includes improving academic and student support services for underserved students to meet social, 情感, and academic needs and to increase the access, 可购性, 完成, and post-enrollment success of underserved students.
